Pet Boarding

Check in available 24 hours a day.

Initial service must be during lobby hours of 7am to 7pm.

Reservations are required before drop off in order to confirm and verify records.

Online Booking

All boardings are booked in 24 hour increments.

Cancel at least 72 hours in advance to avoid cancelation fees.

Group play for boardings are included at no extra charge if your pet does not require individual play.

Pets that require individual play will be charged an additional $10 per day to their boarding.

Camera View is not available in these rooms.

4′ X 4′ Traditional Boarding with Cot. Overhead music is playing in building.

6′ X 7′ Suite with a 6 Foot Tall Cat Towers, Litter box, and TV. The TV plays programming that interacts and also keeps them calm, giving them sights and sounds similar to those at home.

After all the time playing with all the other guests, you can add on a quick rinse off bath with brush and blow out on the last day of their stay.

Boarding

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 72 hours will result in a cancellation fee of $45 per dog.

  • What is my boarding end time?

    Boarding end times are determined by your initial drop off time. Any time after your boarding end time is considered a late check-out and will be charged accordingly.

  • What am I allowed to bring for boardings?

    Small toys, blankets, and beds.

    We recommend that you bring food for your dog to keep them on their diet but is not required. 

    We offer house food with different options to choose from. 

  • Should I bring food?

    We always recommend bringing your own food to help keep your pet on their diet. If you do choose to bring food, we require meals to be portioned out per meal. Typically they are portioned in plastic sandwich baggies.


    If you do choose not to bring food, we do offer multiple options of house food to be added to your boarding.  Please be aware, changing food types abruptly can cause an upset stomach for dogs and cats. 

  • Does my dog have to be neutered/spayed?

    No. However, your pet will not be able to interact with other pets in our facility. Instead, your pet will be put into individual play at an extra charge rather than joining others for group play. 


    Pets will spend one on one time with techs to get out of their room and play. They will be left alone at times to let them do their business. A tech in the room may be a distraction and cause them to not go.

  • Does my dog have to be good with other dogs?

    To allow them to play in group play, they must be able to play with other dogs. If your dog is unable to play with others, they will be able to do individual play for an additional charge.

  • Are deposits required?

    Deposits are only required during holidays and you will be notified if your stay requires a deposit.
