FAQ

What To Expect

The Before, The During, & The After.

General

  • When can I drop-off and pick-up?

    Any time!

We are open 24 hours and always have an attendant on site.

However, if your pet is boarding or joining us for daycare for the first time, the initial booking and setup of your account does need to be made during our open lobby hours of 7am-7pm before your stay.

We require this to verify and approve records for everyones (pets and humans) safety in our facility.

  • What vaccinations are required?

    Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper.

  • Does my dog have to be good with other dogs?

In order to allow them to play in the indoor park, they must be good and able to play around other dogs. If your dog is not able to play with other dogs, they will be sent to individual play.

Pick-up/Drop-off

    • What if I can't pick up my pet on time?

      No worries!

If available, we can add an additional 24 hours to your boarding.

The more notice the better! Especially for holidays, rooms may be booked and unavailable. We will do our best to accommodate you and relieve you of your worries.

    • What is considered a late checkout?

All boardings are booked in 24 hour incraments.

A late check out is any time past your boarding end time and will be charged hourly at the late chek out rate.

For example, if you booked a one day stay and droped off at 11am, your boarding end time is 24 hours past your drop off time. So in this example it would be 11am the following day.

Please see "What is my boarding endtime?" under the boarding FAQ list for more expliantion.

    Group Play/Day Care

      • How does my dog qualify?

Before being able to join group play, your dog must pass a temperament test and be able to play well with other dogs. Vaccinations must be current and up to date as well as being spayed/neutered.

If your dog is not or becomes not eligible for group play, our next option is to assign your dog to individual play. There is a separate small daily fee for individual play. Please ask one of our team members for more information.

      • What is a temperament test?

A temperament test (temp test) is a 2 hour multi point test to have our certified pet technicians watch and observe your dog to ensure that they are well enough behaved to play with other dogs in an active environment.

All dogs are required to pass the test in order to return to group play either while boarding or during daycare.

We highly recommend testing your dog during off peak days when the parks are not as busy. Testing during a busy time could overwhelm your dog because they are being introduced to a new environment with a high level activity at the same time. Testing during off peak days allows your dogs to familiarize themselves with the new environment with a lower level of activity around them.

      • Do all dogs play in the same place?

Not all dogs play together in the same place. We have 2 different style of group play parks. Park 1 is our big dog park which usually large breed dogs. Park 2 is our small dog park that has smaller breed dogs.

There are exceptions that are made where you might find a bigger dog in the small dog park. An example of this exception could be an elderly dog that cannot play with bigger dogs because they are either more relaxed or we fear an injury could happen with the bigger dogs playing rough around the elderly dog.

      Boarding

      • What is the cancellation policy?

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 72 hours will result in a cancellation fee of $45 per dog.

      • What is my boarding end time?

All boardings are booked in 24 hour incraments with boarding end times being determined by your initial drop off time.

For example, If you have booked a 2 day stay, your boarding end time would be 48 hours past your drop off time.

Any time after your boarding end time is considered a late check-out and will be charged accordingly.

      • What am I allowed to bring for boardings?

        Small toys, blankets, and beds.

We recommend that you bring food for your dog to keep them on their diet but is not required.

We offer house food with different options to choose from.

      • Should I bring food?

We always recommend bringing your own food to help keep your pet on their diet. If you do choose to bring food, we require meals to be portioned out per meal. Typically they are portioned in plastic sandwich baggies.

If you do choose not to bring food, we do offer multiple options of house food to be added to your boarding.  Please be aware, changing food types abruptly can cause an upset stomach for dogs and cats.

      • Does my dog have to be neutered/spayed?

No. However, your pet will not be able to interact with other pets in our facility. Instead, your pet will be put into individual play at an extra charge rather than joining others for group play.

Pets will spend one on one time with techs to get out of their room and play. They will be left alone at times to let them do their business. A tech in the room may be a distraction and cause them to not go.

      • Does my dog have to be good with other dogs?

To allow them to play in group play, they must be able to play with other dogs. If your dog is unable to play with others, they will be able to do individual play for an additional charge.

      • Are deposits required?

Deposits are only required during holidays and you will be notified if your stay requires a deposit.

Holiday pricing dates can be found on our online calender or by calling in.
